A clear sales definition.
The share applies to juice sales after discounts and refunds, excluding sales tax. Venue-display campaigns are separate from the juice-sales share and require a separate written agreement.
Your statement shows juice sales, any adjustments, the agreed percentage, and your payout. We propose monthly statements and payment, with timing set in the location agreement.

We supply a fresh juice amenity and handle replenishment, cleaning, and maintenance. The site review covers placement, power, service access, the digital venue display, and the agreement’s duration.
